This Boots Are Made for Walkin'

"Dress codes are only for people who dont know what to wear or how to be chic."
Someone told me when I was small that " A journey of a thousand miles, begins with a single step." I thought, okay, fine, I can walk a thousand mile but my shoes should be comfortable, durable and most specifically, fashionable.

This maxim was what I thought of when I saw the CYBUL Steve Madden boots and I knew instantly, I need to have the boots for some walkin'! Yay!

Speaking of a rough ride, I felt that I am on a position right now wherein I felt that my energy is draining slowly. Work seems to be stagnant. I wanted to learn more and in the process, be more. But right now, I felt that I am starting to drift away. Damn! I hate PMS depression phase! Ha Ha Ha!

Anyway, I know that very soon I will be with Beamer and start a new life. He suggested that I should enjoy life while I am here in Dubai. I always try to follow his advice. I decided to go to places using my resources. My new project: Familirization TRIPS for the Front Office staffs in the hotel. First project: Dreamland Aqua Park in Umm Al Quwain~The biggest waterpark in UAE. (watch out for my posts after the 8th of July)

Which reminds me, I need to send the fax to the coordinator and finalize the staffs who will be going to the waterpark. I shall do that tomorrow then.

While Beamer was on the other part of the world visiting his family in NY and mine in NJ, I was inspired to wash the dishes and blog. How Modern-Domesticated is that? Ha Ha Ha!

Thanks to the advent of technology because now, my relationship with Beamer is not so distant after all. True, he is working in Rhode Island and I in Dubai, but we communicate through phone and we see each other everyday. Its like coming home after work. Thanks to SKYPE!

So, on my long journey with this thing called life, I am just happy to share it with someone I love and someone who loves me. The best thing: Its just one and the same person! Yay!
