Legend of the LEMONADE

"If God gives you Lemons, make a LEMONADE!"

I am sort of ranting of how some people prefer to be a VICTIM! I hate this in a person! I know, I know, once again you will state the HATER within me. But what can I do?

I hate people who choose to be LOSERS because it is easier to be one. There are a lot of sacrifices we have to do in life.

Sacrifices are made for the people we love. Sacrifices are done to progress ourselves. Sacrifices in exchange of stability and peace of mind, not necessarily for ourselves but for the people who depended on us.

Life sucks, I learned this at an early age. Life sucks, Shit happens...SO WHAT!

The world does not end just because of a LOSS.

A Loss of a job, just because you did not use your brain and decided to quit your job. Next time, if there is a shred of sanity in you, why don't you quit while you are ahead? Quit your job only if you found a new one. You will have the edge to slam the truth to your boss that you are indeed an asset in the company. It is also the right thing to do if you value your relationship with your family who depended on you. It is the right thing to do if you are saving something important. (Like, a wedding ring!) BTW, you do not bluff your boss especially if you are not worthy of keeping because no matter how much you needed a raise you have to take into consideration if you are indeed an asset or a liability to the company.

A Loss of a love one through death. Death is inevitable! We all die at some point. So let us live our life to the fullest and minimize mistakes. Because, even if you say that you have lived your life, what legacy will you leave to your children or siblings or friends (even enemies!)? Would you like to be remembered as a sore loser who just slept around and enjoyed life but full of debts? Rather than live a decent life with friends who are worthy to be called as such? Or live a life in moderation and love people who loves you back and in the process live a life worth remembering?

A Loss of a love one through infidelity. Its called a break-up because its BROKEN! If one person doesn't want to patch up or make the relationship work, then you can never make it work alone! He's just a MAN (or a woman!) who never had any respect for you because if he has, then he would tell you beforehand. SCREW the words which he uttered! "I do not want to hurt you!" If he didn't want to hurt you, he will never do whatever he did for you to be hurt this way. If a man loves you, NOTHING can keep him away. If he doesn't, NOTHING can make him stay. Let him go! Fix your life first and then start anew. A life without a man would be boring, but it is way better than being pathetic and begging for the frog to be a prince because sweetie, the truth of the matter is: You may not be born with a silver spoon (gagged on your mouth!) so stop weaving dreams that you are! A knight in shining armor may not exist but a man who will love and respect you for the rest of your life does. Look for a man who will hold your hand when you are sad, rather than the man who promise to hold your hand in a crowd but turned out to let go as soon as he found what he was looking for. And sweetie, what he is looking for is definitely not you. Otherwise, he will hold your hand and never let go! (And no matter how much you french the frog-it will never be a PRINCE!)

A Loss of Self-RESPECT! Stop pretending and convincing yourself that you are happy! You are NOT HAPPY! If you are then you should not be self-destructing. You have people who relied on you but you opted to just be selfish! You are selfish because you wanted a LOT in life but you do not want to give anything in return. And it is okay not to be happy for awhile. As long as you start concocting a plan and stick to it!

A Loss of a DREAM! Some people dream of becoming someone who are way too far to be themselves. If you are vertically challenged you will never be a SUPERMODEL! If you are stubborn, you will never be a CELEBRITY! True! You can reinvent yourself! You can be whoever you want to be! But make sure that the leash to your dreams are pretty much fair because it is annoying that you keep on dreaming a dream which you cannot get. You are slipping and you are wasting your time. Be reasonable! Be FAIR! Be logical! Be who you want to be but make sure that your dreams are not way too high to reach! I know, I know...you might say I'm being harsh! But I am HARSH! I am rude! I am also logical! All I'm saying is: BE REASONABLE! Stop chasing the rainbow and start leading a life towards the path you want to take. If you want to be say a surgeon at 60, do you think that you still have what it takes to be a surgeon when you probably had arthritis to operate? If you want to travel the world for a free ride and wanted to be a FLIGHT ATTENDANT when you have say, OSTEOPOROSIS, would you give up your dream to travel the world for free? NO! I am being reasonable here, and because of that I would advice that you join a cruise liner and still travel the world for free. You got my point?

We are who we are because we are who we choose to be!

LIFE SUCK!

SHIT HAPPENS!

So what! There is always a room for improvement! There is always a place to go to! There are always friends who will understand! There is always a FAMILY who loves you no matter what happens! There will always be a man who will stand by you when all hell's broke loose.

The first thing to DO is to PRAY, if it doesn't work, PRAY HARDER! But remember, the unseen mover of all, will not help you, unless you help yourself!
